We proudly ship to Europe, the Americas, and worldwide. To ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely and on time, we partner with trusted global couriers:

• DHL Express: 3-5 business days (Fastest option with detailed tracking)
• USPS: 7-14 business days (Standard for US customers)
• Royal Mail: 7-14 business days (Standard for UK customers)
• Singapore Post: 10-15 business days (Reliable standard international option)

Processing Time

Because every piece is 100% handmade and carefully inspected, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home decor! If your item arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
