Return Policy

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email hello@nusaweavestudio.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
• We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right — a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Non-returnable items

Custom or made-to-order pieces and sale items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.
