These Terms govern your use of Nusa Weave Studio and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing

We sell Indonesian batik apparel and traditional jewelry. Because items are individually made and finished, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and finish are normal and part of their character. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error on an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and courier. A tracking number is provided once your order ships, viewable on our Track Order page. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & refunds

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time at hello@nusaweavestudio.store and we'll make it right. Please reach out before returning any item so we can guide the process.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, designs, logo) belongs to Nusa Weave Studio or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nusa Weave Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products.
