We ship worldwide from Indonesia. Every order is carefully packaged to protect your pieces in transit.

Delivery options & times

At checkout you can choose the method that suits you. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Standard — 10–15 business days, with full tracking.
• Express — 4–9 business days, with full tracking.
• Free shipping — 15–21 business days, applied automatically on orders over $40.00.

Delivery times are estimates from the courier and can vary with customs and local postal handling.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated per item based on your destination, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Prices are in USD.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with your tracking number once it ships.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel ships, follow it live on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Customs & import duties

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the item or shipping price.

Returns & refunds

Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are normal and part of their character. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nusaweavestudio.store with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Please reach out before returning any item so we can guide you through the process. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition; return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
